To protect our staff, we do ask that aggressive pets be contained while we work in the garden, however if your pets are friendly, they're welcome to join us. On a related note, The Eyrye does pick up "pet packages" from outdoor spaces if necessary to complete work at no extra charge. When we leave, we also make sure all gates, doorways, fences and other exits are secure.

Does The Eyrye offer a warranty on installed plants?
All plants are warrantied for 14 days from date of installation at your location. If you have a plant that has died, we want to know about it. Please us know and we'll see if we can provide a substitution or replacement.
