At-A-Glance InformationCosta Rican Butterfly Vine is an evergreen plant that needs full sun or light shade and regular water. This vine is native to Central and South America, and gets 16-25 feet long with dark green leaves that are fuzzy and pale underneath. Tiny yellow flowers appear between two purple-pink bracts in early summer to late fall, though it can flower year round if given adequate protection, nutrients and water.
