At-A-Glance InformationThese succulent perennials need partial shade or bright indirect light and moderate to little water. They form small rosettes of fleshy, textured leaves, some with white bumps or ridges, some smooth. They produce tiny flowers in spring through fall. They are great for containers and make great houseplants. Within the genus, there are many varieties and hybrids, making it a great plant for collectors.

Caring for Haworthia
To keep plants tidy, deadhead flower stems when they fade. Whether they are in pots or in the ground, they will need well-draining soil that is allowed to dry out between waterings.
